Job Responsibilities:

     - Conduct surveys and appraise properties, including real estate and machinery.

Qualifications:

     - Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Property Valuation, Business Administration, Law, Mechanical Engineering, Machinery, or related fields

     - Male, aged 23–35

     - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Visio

     - Own transportation (car or motorcycle)

     - Willing to travel occasionally for work outside Bangkok

     - Experience in property valuation is a plus
